E2B Toolkit
The E2B toolkit integrates Arcade with E2B sandboxed execution environments, enabling LLMs to run arbitrary code and generate visualizations in isolated, secure containers.
Capabilities
- Sandboxed code execution: Run code snippets and return stdout/stderr output without risk to the host environment.
- Matplotlib chart generation: Execute Python code that produces static matplotlib figures; results are returned as base64-encoded images ready for display or further processing.
Secrets
E2B_API_KEY — An API key issued by E2B that authenticates requests to the E2B sandbox API. Obtain it by signing into the E2B dashboard, navigating to the API Keys section, and creating a new key. A free tier is available; higher execution limits require a paid plan. The key is a long random string prefixed with e2b_.
